EDF Company is our elite training and performance program for Intermediate and Advanced dancers looking to take their training to the next level. Company is an add-on to a dancer’s regular weekly classes, providing additional training, performance opportunities and the chance to work with a variety of guest choreographers. Company dancers perform additional routines at competitions both locally and across North America.
Company is designed for dancers who are ready for a higher level of commitment, training and performance while continuing to grow as artists and as part of a team. Dancers must be enrolled in at least Intermediate Jazz, two Ballet classes each week, Stretch & Strength, Jumps & Turns and Company Training (Hip Hop/Improv).
Intermediate Company
Intermediate Company is open to all dancers who are at least second year intermediate dancers and are enrolled in all of the required classes. Intermediate company performs 1-3 additional routines each season. Disciplines are chosen by the director and vary by season. Participation in all company routines is mandatory. There are also attendance requirements as a part of Company.
Senior Company
Senior Company is by invitation/audition only. Dancers must be in at least Intermediate 3 jazz and be taking all required classes. Senior company performs 2-4 additional routines each season. Disciplines are chosen by the director and vary by season. All dancers may not be in all routines. There are attendance requirements as a part of Company.
